The app's weekly active users also demonstrated a consistent upward trend, increasing from 1.2M in late September to a high of 1.6M in mid-December, before slightly declining to 1.4M by the end of the quarter.
Service NSW experienced a similar trend in downloads, with a significant rise from 31K downloads in late September to a peak of 73K in early December. By the end of December, downloads had settled at around 68K. Active users for Service NSW started at 1.1M in late September, peaking at 1.4M in November, and fluctuating around 1.3M towards the end of the quarter.
